Green Smoothie Examples

For my Healthy- I have a green smoothie every morning for breakfast. By green, I do not just mean the color, adding green leafy vegetables into your diet everyday is so important. Our modern diet doesn’t include greens in all meals and it should. It’s more than just breakfast for me, some days I even replace other meals…It’s a great way to get many nutrients naturally, fuel your system and rebuild your immune system.

Besides building one of a whim, green smoothies can be build to give you energy, add protein, vitamins and help fuel your body. It is different from juicing as the fiber is still in the drink. Fiber helps to get your digestive enzymes going, but gives your gut a break since the food is liquid. You will feel full and best of all are eating raw food. Raw uncooked food carries the most vitamins and minerals.
